These Terms of Service govern your use of Green Essence Cleaners LLC’s services and website at greenessencecleaners.com. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to these terms.
Services
Green Essence Cleaners provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services including Standard Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning, Airbnb Turnover Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleaning, Recurring Cleaning, and One-Time Cleaning.
Booking & Deposits
– A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking
– The deposit is deducted from your total balance
– Full payment is due upon completion of services
– We reserve the right to auto-charge the remaining balance after service completion
Cancellation & Rescheduling
– Cancellations and reschedules must be made in advance
– Fees apply for same-day cancellations or reschedules
– No-show or lockout fees may apply if our team cannot access the property

Service Scope & Limitations
Our services are limited to the scope outlined in your quote. The following are NOT included in standard services unless specifically quoted:
– Mold removal or remediation
– Heavy grout restoration
– Wall cleaning
– Removal of heavy buildup or biohazardous materials
We do not guarantee complete removal of heavy stains. Results may vary depending on the condition of the property.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of your cleaning with photos. We will review the situation and offer a touch-up cleaning if warranted. Refunds are not automatically guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
– Provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time
– Secure pets during the cleaning
– Remove or secure valuables and fragile items
– Notify us of any special requirements or hazardous conditions before the cleaning
Liability
Green Essence Cleaners carries general liability insurance. In the event of damage caused by our team, please notify us within 24 hours with photos. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.
We are not responsible for:
– Pre-existing damage or wear
– Items not properly secured or stored
– Damage resulting from conditions not disclosed before service

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
